Peer Mediation at Brownlow Integrated College involves all of our Year 8 Pupils being offered an alternative way to resolve differences.

This is achieved through interactive workshops. The goal of this programme is to develop interpersonal, listening and problem solving skills that will help pupils understand and resolve conflict in a positive way.

Peer Mediation is a whole school approach in dealing with conflict in a positive and pro-active way.
